Cave Aged Cheese Platter- A blend of different local aged cheeses and fresh fruit.
Smoked Sturgeon Crepes- Fresh caught Californian Sturgeon smoked and then rolled into a crepe with caviar crème fraiche.
Alderwood Smoked Lox- Individual herb roasted crustini topped with lox and a cream cheese Tapenade.
Dungeness Crab Cakes- Served with a spicy roasted red pepper aioli.
Coconut Prawns- Tempura battered and Panko dusted with shredded coconut and a sweet cilantro chili sauce.
Choice of Soup or Salad:
Smoked Salmon Bisque- Alderwood smoked Columbia River Steelhead blended with fresh local herbs to create a bisque.
Roasted Duck Salad- Mescal Greens with cranberries, goat cheese, candied pecans, chopped smoked duck topped with a sweet balsamic glaze.
Artichoke and Dungeness Crab stuffed Sturgeon served with mashed potato and seasonal vegetables.
Filet Mignon Oscar- served with asparagus and mashed potato and then topped with Dungeness Crab and Bearnaise.
Wood Smoked Duck Breast served with fresh green beans and mashed potato and topped with wild truffled mushrooms.
Vanilla Bean Steeped Crème Brulee.
Sweet White Cream Cheese Cake. Topped with Strawberry and Blueberry sauce.
